Auto Sync

Auto Sync feature keeps the knowledge base updated automatically with changes from connected data sources.

Currently, the following data source types support Auto Sync:

  • SharePoint

  • S3

  • Confluence

  • Jira

Enable Auto Sync

By default, Auto Sync is disabled. Toggle the switch to enable Auto Sync, allowing the knowledge base to automatically synchronize with changes in the connected data source:

Change Sync Frequency

By default, the sync frequency is set to once a day. You can change the frequency by selecting a different option from the dropdown menu:
